Your account and signing in

There is nothing to register for and no password to create. Running a scan is open to everyone, and anything you pay for is reached through a link we e-mail you.

One-time unlock

Unlocking a single scan does not create an account. Straight after payment you get an e-mail with the link to your full results, and that link is what you bought — keep the e-mail.

Monthly subscription

Subscribing creates a guest account for you automatically. The confirmation e-mail contains a unique link to it, and opening that link is what signs you in — there is no password, and nothing to remember.

Your guest account holds:

• •Your results kept day by day, so you can see what was found on each date
• •Every scan bought with the same e-mail address, in one place
• •The switch for the daily update e-mail
• •Your subscription, including cancelling it

Keep your link safe

The link does not expire, and anyone who has it can open your results — so treat it like a password and avoid forwarding it. Lost it? Search your inbox for the purchase confirmation. If it is not there, open a ticket and we will send it again.

Do I need a HORSES.SALE account?

No. HORSES.SALE is a separate marketplace with its own accounts, and AI Horse Agent never asks you to create one. You only register there if you are selling — putting your horse on HORSES.SALE is what keeps new matching buyer requests coming to you.

Languages

AI Horse Agent is available in English, German, Dutch and French. Your choice is remembered in the browser and carried in the page address.
